Key Successes:

♦ Increase revenue through strategic business plans focused on account retention and penetration; delivered $16M in new business and over $20M in 2021 renewals, overcoming COVID19 related customer concerns.

♦ Partner with internal and external cross-functional leaders to manage operations, obtain resources and gain client commitment driving operational performance levels within each key account.

♦ Spearhead diversity and inclusion programs within key accounts; actively incorporate the LPGA D&I grant program into client events and programs, delivering diverse vendors, minority owned business partners and diverse marketing practices to support and expand D&I efforts.

The Kroger Queen City Championship is a major LPGA tournament coming to Kenwood Country Club in Cincinnati September 5-11, 2022.
