This Saturday, October 8th, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., we have been asked to help clean up the Hillcrest Cemetery in Anderson (749 Sutton Rd), in preparation for Veterans Day. The cemetery is the final resting place for many African American soldiers, including some who fought in the civil war. We will need weed whackers and work gloves.
