Join us the weekend after Mardi Gras from 4:00 – 9:00 p.m., at Aces Pickleball in Norwood for the Rotary Foundation’s Inaugural PickleGras event!
This Mardi Gras themed event will feature a unique pickleball tournament, optional lessons, open play, open Mardi Gras themed food, an open bar with a signature cocktail and mocktail, a Professional Showcase match, a silent auction and more!
The Game Plan….
4:00 – 7:00 p.m. “Open Challenger” Tournament ($75)
A UNIQUE tournament designed exclusively for PickleGras by Adam, an owner of Aces.
T-shirt included!
Round 1: Point Play. Players mix and mingle, earning as many points as possible.
Top point earners advance. Bottom point earners continue playing for points.
Round 2: Pool Play. Teams will be created from the players that advance. Elimination games begin.
Round 3: Medal Round. Top teams battle it out to win Gold, Silver & Bronze to be crowned PickleGras Royalty!
6:00 (ish) p.m. Showcase & Pickleball 101
Local pros show off their skills in a Showcase Match followed by optional lessons from the pros themselves!
6:00 – 9:00 p.m. “Open All” Event ($100)
Talent is all around from the house mixologists at the open bar, to the Mardi Gras themed open food, to the open play on the indoor courts! Silent auction, split the pot & more!
