Veterans Day Program

LOCATION: Continental Room
MENU: Field greens with pepitas, raisins, goat cheese & raspberry vinaigrette; Regular Entrée – slow roasted turkey with whipped potatoes, green beans & gravy; and chocolate glazed brownie.
Alternate Menu: Vegetarian Entrée – baked tofu with whipped potatoes & green beans OR Salad Entrée – grilled chicken with mixed greens, dried cherries, ricotta salata & maple vinaigrette.
