Beth Johnson, Executive Director, Cincinnati Preservation Association

“Historic Preservation: Saving Our Places and Telling Our Stories”

Beth Johnson is the Executive Director of Cincinnati Preservation Association. Prior to the nonprofit world, Beth served the public in local historic preservation offices in Covington, KY, Austin, TX, and Cincinnati, OH, working with various design review boards. Johnson is a graduate of Ball State University where she received degrees in Urban Planning and History with a minor in Historic Preservation. She received her master’s degree in Historic Preservation Planning from Cornell. When Johnson isn’t working on a preservation project, you can find her enjoying life in her hexagon house, hiking with her dog, raising monarch butterflies, drinking lots of coffee from Cincinnati roasters, or traveling near and far to spend time with her friends and family.

Salad Entrée – Lemon marinated chicken with baby kale, arugula, red cabbage, pepitas, cranberries & lemon poppy seed dressing.
Regular Entrée – Crispy pork cutlets with white wine cream and seasonal vegetables
Vegetarian Entrée – Eggplant Israeli couscous risotto with rose sauce, arugula and shaved parmesan cheese.
