MICHAEL HILES
With over 40 years of software development and data architecture, Michael Hiles is a nationally recognized expert in digital assets and blockchain. In 2000, Michael’s team won a Smithsonian Laureate Award as the first to ever connect a judicial system to the World Wide Web.
In 2017, Michael founded 10XTS, a leading information governance, risk, and compliance software and data solutions provider in the digital asset, cryptocurrency, and blockchain space. The team is leading the charge in real world asset tokenization and specifically the use of AI across the spectrum of data provenance and analytics. The team is collaborating on the launch of Conduit, a new Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN), which integrates AI at the core for multiple purposes.
HELEN TODD
Helen Todd is the first resident in Cincinnati, OH, to digitally clone herself with a hyper-realistic avatar. She co-founded Sociality Squared, a social media agency established in 2010 in New York City, when social media was just emerging to help brands grow their businesses. She was at the forefront of a disruptive technology then, and now is leading the way yet again with Creativity Squared, a free weekly newsletter, podcast, and YouTube channel exploring the intersection of A.I. and creativity.
Helen is an award-winning marketer, international speaker, and an advisor, mentor, and speaker for SXSW Interactive. She graduated from Xavier University and holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Emerson College.

Pete Blackshaw is Founder and CEO of BrandRank.AI, a Cincinnati-based startup company at the intersection of brand truth and generative AI search technologies. BrandRank.AI provides companies with actionable insights and clarity to both defend reputation and win share in a shifting landscape of consumer content discovery.
A lifelong student of consumer feedback, brand promise, and technology, Pete is uniquely positioned to help companies navigate this change now underway. Most recently, Pete served as CEO of Cintrifuse, a Cincinnati-based startup catalyst and venture fund supported by major corporations such as P&G, Kroger, Scripps, and Western & Southern. In this capacity, Pete and his team served hundreds of startups.
