Aimée R. Sproles is the president and chief executive officer of Girl Scouts of Western Ohio, leading one of the largest Girl Scout councils in the nation, which serves more than 40,000 girl and adult members in a 32-county area in western Ohio and southwestern Indiana.
A visionary leader and seasoned business professional, Aimée has a breadth of experience in operations and a deep passion for creating pathways to success for girls and women. That passion burns bright at Girl Scouts, where she is committed to ensuring every girl has access to the organization’s transformative leadership development programs.
Aimée has served on many national committees and task forces at Girl Scouts and collaborates frequently across organizations to better serve girls, such as leading the four Ohio Girl Scout councils to develop the Ohio: State of the Girl Report, published in early 2025.
A Certified Public Accountant, Aimée holds degrees from Trinity University in business administration and Russian. Over her distinguished career, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council and held roles at IBM Global Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Consulting.
Aimée has a passion for traveling the world and has visited all 50 states and Puerto Rico. An avid baseball fan, she is currently on a quest to visit every Major League Baseball stadium, along with her husband, Brandon.
