Dave Hatter is an accomplished, enthusiastic, award-winning technology professional and servant leader with more than 30 years of software development, cybersecurity, and project management experience. He has written or contributed to 12 technology books, written more than 100 technology related articles and has been quoted in publications including The Wall Street Journal, Money, MSNBC, Salon, Reader’s Digest, MSN, Business Insider, among many others. Dave is currently the WLW “Cyber Expert”. Dave believes in community service and has served as Mayor of Fort Wright, Kentucky since 2015, after serving eight terms on the Fort Wright City Council.

Mic Cooney is a Regional Executive in Treasury Management at PNC. His sales team provides working capital management and fraud solutions for Commercial Banking-sized clients across Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Mr. Cooney has 37 years of banking experience, including operations, treasury management, relationship management, merchant services and public finance. He has a bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University and has held his Certified Treasury Professional designation since 1995. Among his many community service engagements, Mic is the past President of the Southwest Ohio Association for Financial Professionals, current Board Member of the Alexandria Fire District, member/volunteer of St. Mary School Boosters and sport announcer for Bishop Brossart High School.

Special Agent Todd Vokas has spent his entire FBI career on Cincinnati’s Cyber Task Force, first as an intern, while studying at Xavier University, and then as a Digital Forensic Examiner with the Computer Analysis Response Team. In February of 2020, he reported to New Agent training at Quantico and was assigned back to the Cincinnati Cyber Task Force as a Cyber Agent. SA Vokas works mainly on cyber-criminal investigations to include international botnets, cyber criminal forums, and a fraud scheme targeting major financial institutions around the world.
