Menu: Iceberg lettuce with shave carrots, croutons, radishes & ranch dressing and vanilla & apricot cake – salad appetizer and dessert for all entrees.

Regular Entrée – Pork loin with smashed potatoes, haricot verts, & mushroom cream sauce.
Vegetarian Entrée – Baked tofu with broccolini, grits & Cajun cream sauce.
Salad Entrée – Sweet and sour chicken over kale with peanuts, radishes and yum yum dressing.
