Jenna Martini is Vice President and Operating Partner at ARCO National Construction’s Ohio Valley, Cleveland, Detroit, and Pittsburgh offices. She is responsible for driving long-term client relationships, strategic growth, and team development throughout the region.
Jenna joined ARCO in 2020 as Director of Business Development and was quickly promoted to Operating Partner and Owner within two years. In this leadership role, she has helped shape and scale ARCO’s business development strategies, contributing to best practices now implemented across the company’s 49 offices throughout North America.

Known for her collaborative approach, Jenna plays a key role in aligning client strategy, fostering internal partnerships, and supporting nationwide growth initiatives. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving consistency, innovation, and excellence across ARCO’s enterprise-wide business development efforts.

A Cincinnati native, Jenna is a passionate advocate for the region’s growth. She actively promotes Cincinnati to out-of-state clients, recruits top talent to the area, and encourages her teams to participate in community-focused events and organizations. She also hosts clients at local sporting events and curates personalized experiences that showcase the city’s distinct character and culture.
Jenna holds over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry and remains deeply engaged in Cincinnati’s business and real estate communities. Her efforts continue to strengthen client partnerships, support economic development, and advance the long-term success of both ARCO and the communities she serves.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Kentucky and a master’s degree in architecture from Miami University. Jenna lives in Miamiville, Ohio, with her husband, Alex, and their two dogs.
