The Queen City is hosting the Rotary International Zones 30 and 31 Institute this week and the Rotary Club of Cincinnati welcomes the over 400 leaders to Cincinnati!  Zones 30 and 31 are known as the HEART OF AMERICA and comprises 26 districts in 13 states.
