What began as an idea has become a regional movement. Through the leadership of Foundation President Steve King and the incredible collaboration of our partners, more than $1 million has been raised to place lifesaving AEDs into the hands of first responders across Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. Today marked another major step forward as 90 AEDs were distributed to 13 Butler County law enforcement agencies, helping ensure officers have the tools they need when every second matters.
Most importantly, 9 confirmed lives have already been saved because an AED was immediately available.
This is Rotary at its best bringing people together, building partnerships, and creating solutions that strengthen our communities and save lives.
