Join us on Thursday, February 5, 2026, for a LUNCH (12:00-1:30pm) meeting at Carnegie Hall (401 Monmouth St, Newport, KY), for a program with Sara Clark, Director of Development, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company.

Sara Clark serves as Director of Development for Cincinnati Shakespeare Company (CSC), where she leads fundraising and philanthropic efforts in support of the organization’s mission to bring Shakespeare and the classics to life for diverse audiences. In this role she oversees all development activities and helps secure significant financial support for the company’s productions, education programs, and community initiatives.
Sara is also a long-standing member of CSC’s Resident Ensemble, with a career at the company spanning 20 years. As an actor, director, and teaching artist she has taken part in more than 75 productions, performing a wide range of roles from Shakespearean leads like Rosalind, Juliet, Marc Antony, and Lady Macbeth to modern classics.
In addition to her theatrical and development work, Sara has been recognized for her contributions to the arts community — including a nomination for the Cincinnati Business Courier’s 40 Under 40 Awards — and she delivered a talk at TEDxCincinnatiWomen titled “Hamlet, Thy Name is Woman.” She balances her professional life with her personal roles as wife to Nick Rose, Fine Arts Chair at Cincinnati Country Day School and mother to their son, Brennan.
