Michael Hiles is the Founder and CEO of 10XTS, a technology firm focused on information governance, risk, and compliance solutions in the digital asset and blockchain space. Based in Cincinnati, he is a nationally recognized expert in blockchain, asset tokenization, and digital transformation.

With more than 30–40 years of experience in software development and data architecture, Hiles has worked across enterprise systems, financial technology, and emerging digital infrastructure. He is a frequent speaker and writer on topics including cryptocurrency, regulatory compliance, and decentralized networks, and has been involved in multiple startups and venture initiatives in the tech and blockchain sectors.
