Dean Gregory is the third-generation leader of Cincinnati’s iconic family-owned restaurant company, Montgomery Inn. As President and CEO, he oversees the continued operation and growth of the business founded by his grandfather, Ted Gregory, who earned the nickname “The Ribs King” after establishing Montgomery Inn as one of the nation’s most recognized barbecue destinations.

Under Dean’s leadership, Montgomery Inn has continued its tradition of hospitality, quality dining, and community involvement while preserving the family values that have defined the brand for more than 70 years. The restaurant is known nationally for its signature barbecue ribs and sauce and has welcomed numerous celebrities, professional athletes, and U.S. Presidents over the decades.

A lifelong advocate for the Cincinnati community, Dean is actively involved in civic and charitable initiatives and frequently represents Montgomery Inn at community events, business organizations, and philanthropic activities throughout the region.
