Rob Zimmerman is the Head of School at Cincinnati Country Day School, a leading independent college-preparatory school serving students from early childhood through grade 12. A member of the Class of 1998, Zimmerman is a proud alumnus of the school he now leads.

Before transitioning into education leadership, Zimmerman built a successful career as an attorney with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, one of Cincinnati’s largest law firms. He stepped into the role of interim Head of School in 2021 and was subsequently appointed to the permanent position, bringing a strong commitment to community, character-driven education, and institutional growth.

As Head of School, Zimmerman focuses on fostering a rigorous academic environment while emphasizing relationships, student development, and a well-rounded educational experience. Under his leadership, the school continues to be recognized as one of the top private schools in the Cincinnati region.
