Jennifer Hafner Spieser serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Cincinnati Parks Foundation, the philanthropic partner of Cincinnati Parks. She was promoted to President & CEO in December 2023 after serving as Executive Director since 2015.
With more than two decades of nonprofit leadership experience, Jennifer has dedicated her career to strengthening Cincinnati through community engagement, fundraising, and public service. During her leadership at the Cincinnati Parks Foundation, the organization has raised more than $30 million to support park improvements, environmental conservation, recreation programs, and neighborhood initiatives throughout Cincinnati. Her work has helped advance transformative projects including the expansion of Smale Riverfront Park, the creation of the inclusive playground at Inwood Park, the revitalization of Ezzard Charles Park, and numerous tree-planting, beautification, and community wellness initiatives.
Before returning to the Cincinnati Parks Foundation, Jennifer spent eight years with the Cincinnati Fire Department in development and communications, where she played a key role in fundraising, public outreach, and establishing the Cincinnati Fire Foundation. She has also served on numerous nonprofit boards and is recognized throughout the region as a collaborative civic leader committed to creating vibrant, accessible public spaces.
In 2025, Jennifer received the prestigious Pillar Award for Community Service in recognition of her leadership and lasting impact on the Greater Cincinnati community.
